North Glade Park Community Center, Miami, Florida

Miami-Dade County Park, Recreation & Open Spaces Department: Complete Architectural service for a new one-story targeted LEED Silver Community Center of approximately 5,200 square feet, new accessible sidewalks, the conversation of two existing tennis courts to two basketball courts and additional parking along the property lines in the right of way areas. THIS IS THE FIRST LEED PROJECT FOR THE PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
