This project involves the demolition of an existing one-story structure currently located below the established flood elevation. In its place, a new
10,000-square-foot, two-story pre-school building will be constructed. The new facility will be elevated above the required flood level in full compliance
with current floodplain management regulations and applicable building codes.
The design of the new structure will reflect the specific spatial and functional requirements of an early childhood education program, incorporating age-appropriate classrooms, activity areas, administrative offices, and play spaces. The building will also integrate resilient construction techniques and
sustainable design principles to ensure long-term durability, safety, and adaptability within a flood-prone area.
