The proposed development includes the construction of several new recreational and support facilities aimed at promoting outdoor activity, skill development, and community engagement. The project components include:
- A new 8’-0” wide Pump Track and Training Area (40,000 sq.ft.), designed to accommodate both beginner riders ("first learners") and advanced youth riders ("big child experts"). The track will feature skill-building zones and flow-friendly design elements suitable for progressive learning.
- A 14,000 sq.ft. concrete Skate Park, professionally designed to support a range of skateboarding styles and skill levels, with integrated safety, drainage, and spectator features.
- Landscape Design throughout the site, incorporating native and adaptive plantings, shade trees, and natural buffers to enhance aesthetics, environmental sustainability, and user comfort.
- One Trail Shelter, offering shaded rest space and protection from the elements for trail users and event participants.
- A new Parking Lot with 93 parking spaces, including accessible stalls and appropriate site lighting, circulation, and signage for safety and efficiency.
- Installation of one Water Fountain and one Bike Wash Station, supporting hydration and maintenance needs for riders and visitors.
